The client agrees to fulfill the minimum term of his chosen web hosting plan. An initial payment of at least 6 months advance should be paid upon commencement of the web hosting service. Domain Registration fees and set-up fees, if any, are to be paid on the first month as well. Personal hosting accounts should last for a minimum of 1 year. Additional bandwidth/disk storage can be purchased from us. Your web hosting account is also upgradeable anytime as the need arises. This plan automatically renews every end of the term, usually 1 yr. until cancelled in writing by email.

Our new servers are located at a datacenter in Texas, USA. The US server will exercise no control whatsoever over the content of the information that passes over the network. It is purely the responsibility of the website owner to determine the content of his/her website. As a reseller, we only have limited control of the US server. It is strongly advised that the client keep a backup copy of his site for emergency purposes.  Our CPanel has a backup saving feature. If hardware failure and data loss occurs, you the client are responsible for data restoration. We are not liable for loss of data under any circumstance. We only make backup copies of those sites designed by our webmaster. Backup server is to be used for emergency  restoration only. We can transfer your hosting account to another server, in the instance that you are not satisfied with the current server hosting your website, free of charge. The client may not run any software , applications or other processes on our server without the consent of the server administrator located in your area. No IRC's, No Spamming or Malicious Scripts are tolerated on this server. Hosting accounts are suspended or terminated automatically, if found guilty of the above offenses, no refund. Reactivation of suspended account has a fee of Php100 pesos or US$2 dollars (per account).

The client agrees to pay the web hosting fee on a regular quarterly, or yearly basis. All payments are non-refundable after the first 30 days of service has elapsed. Failure to pay this fee on time will result in the automatic suspension of his/her web hosting account with our server. Only Cash Payments are accepted at the designated bank branch near your location. The deposit slip given by the bank usually serves as our receipt. A printed receipt can also be provided upon request thru fax or email. The web hosting rates may fluctuate with the current peso-dollar exchange rates, but will remain the same for the duration of the plan's term.
